We've all been told to sleep on it when contemplating big decisions. Now science has caught up. New research proves our unconscious mind is better adept to making complex decisions. Researches at Carnegie Mellon have proven our minds continue to work on unsolved problems while we are consciously working on something else. It also turns out that the more we unconsciously think about something the better our decisions tends to be. Not sure I know how you go about thinking more unconsciously though. Does this mean I can sleep more ;-)
